FEES POLICY
POLICY STATEMENT
Western Jets Netball Club is a not for profit organisation which aims to provide all players with the best possible infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to play at a competitive level at ETSA Park.
The Club aims to keep fees as low as possible. It is recognised that there is a genuine lack of sponsorship opportunities available to amateur sports therefore the Club provides fundraising activities to generate revenue.
This policy sets out specific guidelines for the financial management of Western Jets Netball Club through fees, fundraising, and levies.
POLICY GUIDELINES
- This policy applies to all players of Western Jets Netball Club Inc.
- All players are required to complete a registration form at trials accompanied by a nominated trial fee that will be deducted from the season fees..
- All fees are to be paid by game three of the season.
- If fees are unpaid or a payment plan has not been negotiated and adhered to with the Club treasurer the player will not be permitted to pay until fees have been paid in full.
- Coaches and Team Managers are responsible for complying with and enforcing this policy as instructed by the Club Treasurer.
- Only those players who pay their fees in full and participate in fundraising activities will be eligible for trophies at the end of the season.
- The South Australian Netball Association (SANA) and Adelaide Metro Night Division (AMND) charge the Club fees for all players who are registered to play at the beginning of the season. Any player who withdraws part way through the season are still required to pay the full fees applicable and payment is due immediately.
- In the event of a debt being handed to our credit controller all additional costs will be the responsibility of the player.
- AMND and City Night will be notified of delinquent debts and the player will be ineligible to play in those competitions for another club until the debt is cleared.
